Natalia Kawalec is 15 years old. She is a sophomore at Conant High School and she also attends Holy Trinity Polish school. Her musical journey started when she was 5 years old, that’s when she started piano lessons which she continues up to today. She’s been singing forever. Her first notes were sung in a church choir at Trojcowo. This past couple of years she’s been earning many awards and placed first the past 4 years in the competition Polskie Piosenki. She’s a multi-instrumentalist. She plays the Piano (her favorite instrument), guitar, flute, and ukulele. She’s also a songwriter and composer, she recorded her first single “Can’t-Wait” available on her YouTube channel and all musical platforms. She recorded a Christmas album entitled “Believe” last year. Currently, she’s working on her debut album. She takes vocal lessons under the direction of Jade Maze. Natalia represents the Polish people at many events including her singing in Millennium Park for the visit of Poland’s President Andrzej Duda. For her involvement, she was recognized by the Polish teacher’s association. She is always involved in many cultural events opening up the inaugural event for Hub Kultura. She sings and dances in Lajkonik a folk group, she’s been dancing with them for over 10 years and she’s had a chance to travel and see the world with her group, attending many festivals. In this year’s, year of Moniuszko, Natalia was asked a couple of beautiful songs by Moniuszko in Rzeszów and Ozarów Mazowiecki in Poland.

Gra na pianinie ( to jej ulubiony instrument) , na gitarze , flecie poprzecznym i na ukelele. Pisze i komponuje wlasne utwory. Nagrala swoj pierwszy singiel Can’t Wait , ktory jest dostepny we wszystkich sklepach internetowych i na YT kanale. . W ubieglym roku Natalia nagrala pierwsza swoja swiateczna plyte, obecnie zbiera material na debiutancki album . Lekcje spiewu pobiera u znanej chicagowskiej artystki , kompozytorki i piosenkarki Jade Maze. Natalia reprezentuje polonie na roznych polskich i amerykanskich spotkaniach, miedzy innymi spiewala w Milenium Park podczas pobytu pana prezydenta Polski Andrzeja Dudy. Za swoje muzyczne zaangazowanie zostala wyrozniona i nagrodzona przez Zrzeszenie Nauczycieli Polskich W Chicago. Czynnie angazuje sie w zycie poloni, swoim spiewem otwiera wiele kulturalnych wydarzen polskich i amerykanskich ,miala okazje spiewac na otwarcie Hub kultura przed aktorka i piosenkarka Olga Bonczyk. Spiewa i tanczy od 10 lat w zesole piesni i tanca Lajkonik, z ktorym to zespolem miala okazje kilka krotnie brac udzial w festiwalach w Polsce. W roku Moniuszki , tego lata Natalia dostala propozycje zaspiewania pieknych piesni Moniuszki na festiwalu w Rzeszowie i Ozarowie Mazowieckim w Polsce.
